Shipping & Returns


Due to the custom nature of our products, most items are made to order. All orders will ship within 10 business days. Should there be any delay on your order, we will notify you right away. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. After shipment, you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 business days. Please be aware that holidays may affect these timeframes.

Please contact us at hello@blueand.co if you would like to make any changes to your order, including address changes. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.

If your product is damaged while in transit or has arrived with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -- unwashed and unused. Simply send us an email with your name, order number, and reason for return.

You will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You will be refunded the total amount of the item plus any applicable tax, less shipping and handling.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when your refund has been processed. Refunds are made to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
